Female Infertility
Infertility means not being able to get pregnant after at least one year of trying (or 6 months if the woman is over age 35). If a woman keeps having miscarriages, it is also called infertility. Female infertility can result from age, physical problems, hormone problems, and lifestyle or environmental factors.

Cause of Infertility In Women:

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)

Primary ovarian insufficiency (POI)

Blocked fallopian tubes due to pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, or surgery for an ectopic pregnancy

Physical problems with the uterus

The hormonal imbalance like cod, Hypothyroid.

Anovulatory menstrual cycles, poor ovarian reserve.

Endometriosis, Salpingitis.

Pelvic inflammatory disease.

STD’s, genital tubercolosis, rubella virus.

Cervical obstruction.

Diabetics, obesity

Types:
Primary Infertility: In primary infertility treatment, the couple could not conceive pregnancy even after 1 year of unprotected intercourse.
Secondary Infertility: In secondary infertility, female was able to achieve pregnancy at least once but unable to conceive another time.
Female infertility Investigation: Blood tests are conducted to rule out hormone-like serve protection estrogen, FSH, TSH, AMH, to know STD’s.
HSG: To know the tubal blockage.
Diagnostic laparoscopy, pap sear.
Usg-pelvis, for PCOD, follicular study.
